Lawn Care Program

Spring Application

In the early Spring your lawn will receive the following:

1. A balanced fertilizer, which is applied at ½ lb. of Nitrogen per thousand square feet.
2. Broadleaf weed control.
3. Pre-emergent crabgrass control (Dimension) applied at the label rate to control crabgrass, oxalis, spurge and more.

Early Summer Application

In the Early Summer your lawn will receive the following:

1. Slow release granular fertilizer to be applied at ½ lb. of Nitrogen per thousand square feet.
2. Insecticide for the control of sod webworm, chinch bug and most other surface feeding insects
3. Broadleaf weed control.

Summer Application

In the Summer your lawn will receive the following:

1. Slow release granular fertilizer to be applied at ½ lb. of Nitrogen per thousand square feet.
2. Broadleaf weed control.

Merit Grub Control

In the July and August months your lawn will receive the following:

1. Merit Grub Control. Merit is one of the most effective and environmentally friendly products available today for control of Japanese Beetle Grubs. This application provides season long control while reducing risk to the environment.

Fall Application

In the Early Fall your lawn will receive the following:

1. A heavy rate of balanced granular fertilizer with increased Potassium and Phosphorous rates. This is applied at 1 lb. Nitrogen per thousand square feet.
2. Broadleaf weed control applied to all broadleaf weeds.

Late Fall Application

In the Late Fall your lawn will receive the following:

1. Selective granular winter fertilizer with increased Potassium and Phosphorous rates, to be applied at 1 lb. of Nitrogen per thousand square feet.
